Tips For Peanut Massage Ball

 

1. Neck & Shoulder Relief

Sit or stand tall, place the peanut ball behind your neck/shoulder blades, and lean against a wall. Gently roll your upper back and neck up and down, side to side, applying gentle pressure to release tight knots in the trapezius and levator scapulae muscles. Do this for 1–2 minutes per side.

2. Back Tension Release

Lie on your back with the peanut ball positioned under your mid-back or lower back (avoid the spine directly). Bend your knees and plant your feet flat on the floor, then slowly rock your body from side to side or up and down to massage the paraspinal muscles and release lumbar tension. Hold on tender spots for 30 seconds.

3. Hip & Glute Massage

Sit on the floor, place the peanut ball under one glute, and lean your weight onto it. Cross your opposite ankle over your knee (figure-four position) for a deeper stretch, then roll slowly in circular motions or back and forth to target the gluteus maximus and piriformis. Repeat on the other side for 2–3 minutes each.
